Hot menu items include “Agedimo,” made with potatoes produced in Bihoro (*sometimes from Okhotsk depending on the season), “Potato Kara,” a new specialty, and “Potemocchi,” a sweet potato cake topped with azuki whipped cream and fresh cream.
The soft-serve ice cream is made with Hokkaido cream grown in the land of Hokkaido. Kumazasa soft serve ice cream, a specialty of the mountain pass, is also back!

Bihoro Touge no Ageimo

One bag contains a whole potato from Okhotsk, mainly from Bihoro! This is Touge’s signature product, in which you can really taste the flavor of the potatoes. The batter is made with “beet sugar” produced in Bihoro Town for local production for local consumption.

The potatoes from Bihoro are deep-fried in a batter flavored with soy sauce and garlic. You can enjoy both the crunchiness of the potatoes and the crispiness of the fried tofu.

Soft-serve ice cream made with cream grown in the land of Hokkaido is truly a taste of bliss. The rich, full-bodied cream will fill your mouth with pleasure. The specialty “Kumazasa soft serve ice cream” has an addictive flavor of kumazasa bamboo and a hint of bitterness!
